Airport transfers and layovers are a common issue for airlines and airports. Many airports have the same customer journey - often boring ones - which makes customers of the airlines and airport unsatisfied.

THE OUTCOME

For KLM we created an new experience for customers with an airport layovers. We designed a new customer journey, called Blue Jack, which is a Trivia Quizmaster between passengers to create a game-wise experience.

  • Triviant/IQ test/Blackjack-ish.
  • Co-Creatie.
  • Country specific based on boarding pas/flying blue.
  • 1 till 10 players at the same time.
  • Maximum of 5 minutes per person.
  • Theme‚Äôs: Culture/history, geography, sports, amusement, science.
  • Combine with the KLM app.
  • If won, get a free drink in the business lounge.

Entertain passengers in their transfers through an interactive game with the insertion to improve the passenger experience.
